G-CAPP Announces a Request for Proposals
for an Event Planning Firm

The Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (G-CAPP) is requesting proposals from event planning firms to plan three G-CAPP events during the year 2006.

Events include the 2006 Legislative Day and Reception (February 2006), 11th Annual G-CAPP Premiere (June 2006) and the 11th Annual Educational Conference (September 2006).

Firms that meet the minimum requirements listed below will be considered for selection. The firm that is most qualified, the best organizational fit and is within our budget requirements will be selected. The selected firm must have:

• Five years experience planning events for 200 - 1,500+ guests
• Adequate infrastructure and staff to coordinate multi-layered events
• Demonstrated experience working with volunteer planning committees
• Demonstrated experience planning successful fundraising events
• Demonstrated experience planning successful conferences
• References should include at least one fundraising event and one conference client
