Additional parking space – current drive accommodates only one car. We need 5-7.
Lower grading on driveway currently too high to enter safely.
Install driveway that goes around to the rear of the house with space for 1-2 cars – entrance through/parallel to neighbors drive.
Extend pavement on opposite side of driveway enough space for one extra car.
