1. What time is the Workout? How long does it last?

Doors open at 8:30 a.m. for registration. The Workout will begin at 10 a.m. Please arrive in plenty of time, as there will be 3,000+ participants. We anticipate that the program will end at 11:15 a.m.    [back to top]



2. What is the Workout? How strenuous is the Workout?

The Workout itself, lasting 50 minutes including warm up and cool down, will feature phenomenal entertainment, celebrity trainers, and a variety of forms of exercise that can be enjoyed by most ages and fitness levels. One after the other and for ten minutes each, celebrity trainers Jane Fonda, Denise Austin, Richard Simmons, Billy Blanks and choreographer Debbie Allen will lead participants in their personal style of exercise. 3. What should I bring?

Be sure to bring your ID. Please travel light, however, as we will not be responsible for your belongings and items brought onto the field could interfere with the Workout. No need to bring a water bottle or camera: water will be available onfield, and professional group photos will be available online following the Workout.    [back to top]



4. What are the directions to the Georgia Dome? Where do I park? How much does it cost to park?

Directions to the Georgia Dome are available http://www.gwcc.com/directions/parking/default.aspx. We recommend that attendees travel by MARTA or park in the Red Deck ($10). Enter the Georgia Dome at Gate D.   [back to top]



5. What is the Fitness Zone?

The Fitness Zone surrounding the field will offer interactive activities, product demonstrations and giveaways, wellness screenings, stretching and chair massage, healthy snacks and more.   [back to top]



6. What activities are available before and after the Workout?

In addition to an amazing array of activities in the Fitness Zone, we are partnering with the Atlanta Falcons, NLF Play60, HOPSports and Kids & Pros to offer opportunities for onfield drills with pro athletes and autographs too. Before the workout begins, local gyms and award-wining local competitive sport and dance groups will showcase their talents as well.   [back to top]

10. How and where do I meet my team?

Your team should dress in a team color for ease in finding each other in the Dome. For your convenience, teams of 20 or more participants (those registered by April 20) will be assigned a designated meeting place.    [back to top]



11. Can I bring my children or a group of children?

Children must be 12 or older to register to workout on the field under the supervision of their own parent or guardian. Student workout registration is $25 each. Children under 12 can register to participate as a spectator in the Cheering Section for free. Information for teams of students (ages 12 and up) is available here.   [back to top]



12. What should I wear?

Loose comfortable clothing is recommended, and lace up athletic shoes. If you are part of a team, a team color or team T-shirt is encouraged! Your complimentary official event Tshirt will be available after the Workout.   [back to top]



13. Will I get a T-shirt?

Complimentary keepsake T-shirts will be distributed to Workout participants after the event. Please indicate your T-shirt size when you register. (T-shirts will not be provided to Cheering Section spectators.)   [back to top]



14. What if I don’t want to workout?

You can enjoy the show a great vantage point in the Georgia Dome without working up a sweat! Cheering Section registration is $25, and children under 12 can join this section for free.   [back to top]

18. Do I have to collect donations to participate?

No. Though donations to support G-CAPP's ongoing work are much appreciated, your purchase is all that is required.    [back to top]



19. Will team photos be taken?

You and your group can stop by and have a professional souvenir photo taken at any time in the Fitness Zone. These photos will be available online following the event. Some corporate teams will also have a scheduled photo shoot onfield with a celebrity trainer.   [back to top]



20. Do I have to form a team?

Forming a team is not required, but why not make the morning a memory you share? Encourage family, friends, neighbors and colleagues to join in the unforgettable fun!   [back to top]



21. What is the Cheering Section?

Cheer on your friends and family and enjoy the show from a great vantage point in the Georgia Dome. For those who want to enjoy the World Fitness Day experience without working up a sweat, $25 registration is available for seats in the lower levels stands. (This price does not include T-shirt.)
