Donor Privacy Policy

GCAPP values the trust its donors place in the organization and adheres to the highest standards in gathering, using, and safeguarding donor information. This includes all donor personal and gift information.

If you choose to give to GCAPP, you complete a form that asks you to provide us with your name, address, e-mail address, and gift/pledge information. GCAPP will not rent, trade, sell, or share any personal information about its donors. If a donor wishes to remain anonymous and not receive acknowledgement in the annual report or any written collateral, we ask that the donor indicate such on the form that you submit to us.

GCAPP employees who may access your information to perform administrative functions are prohibited from disclosing your information to third parties. Organizations that provide operational or other support services to us must also agree to safeguard your information in strict compliance with our privacy policy.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Firewalls prevent outside parties from accessing our database and internal GCAPP access to the database is restricted to authorized individuals.

Your relationship with GCAPP is voluntary and confidential. We use your information to send you acknowledgement of your gift and information we think you may find of interest about GCAPP. If you do not wish to receive such communications or you have questions about these policies, you may let us know at any time by contacting us at or 404.524.2277.
