DESCRIPTION:Save-the-Date\nSaturday\, January 29 | 11:00 – 12:30 \nA VIRTUAL EVENT\nYou are invited to join GCAPP\, Community Health Solutions\, and the Aligning Community Systems for Optimal Adolescent Health collaborative (ACSOAH) as we announce the Macon-Bibb Blueprint for Optimal Adolescent Health\, a unique\, visionary\, and sustainable plan to improve the overall health and social well-being of young people in Macon-Bibb. Lunch will be provided and delivered to you! Click here to register.\n \nWe are inviting youth-serving professionals\, advocates\, community partners and leaders\, community members at large\, parents\, caretakers\, and youth to be part of this important\, exciting venture. During this community-wide event\, you will be asked to share your ideas and how we\, as a collective\, can help to ensure that youth have the support and resources they need to thrive.\n\nThe Macon-Bibb Blueprint was developed by ACSOAH community stakeholders\, United Way of Central Georgia\, Motivating Youth Foundation\, Communities in Schools\, and Bibb Community Partnership. Now we want to hear from you!\n\nThe Blueprint’s most immediate objective is to improve adolescent health in Macon-Bibb by bringing the community together to accomplish the following goals:\n\n\n\nIncrease youth connections by building stable and developmental healthy relationships\n\n\nIncrease youth awareness and access to quality\, traditional\, and alternative educational career paths\n\n\nIncrease access to culturally responsive mental health support services\n\n\nIncrease parental engagement by strengthening parent-child communication\n\n\nEmpower 1\,300 youth by June 30\, 2022
