GCAPP’s annual Rising Leaders Luncheon was a powerful celebration of youth achievement across Georgia. The event honored the incredible work of GCAPP’s Youth Advisory Council, welcomed a new cohort of youth leaders, and revealed Lam Pham as the 2025 GCAPP Youth Ambassador of the Year.

This inspiring gathering spotlighted the voices, vision, and leadership of young people ages 14–24 who are making a real impact in their communities. We’re proud to stand beside the next generation of changemakers.
